The performance indicators of an exchange brake motor can be mechanical indicators, electrical indicators, or other indicators that need attention. For the same material, different TI and HIC values will be obtained based on different performance indicators and failure criteria, so the comparison of TI values is conditional, and the size reflects the speed of material performance attenuation.

For the same material, different TI and HIC values will be obtained based on different performance indicators and failure criteria, so the comparison of TI values is conditional, and the size reflects the speed of material performance degradation.

Since the different insulation components of the AC brake motor do not all operate at high design temperatures, and there are compatibility problems between the materials of the insulation system composed of different insulation materials, the braking deceleration motor does not need to be composed of insulation materials with the same heat resistance grade. In other words, the insulation materials used in Class B are not all Class B materials. This design technology has economic and performance advantages. In addition, the rate of change of different properties of insulation materials with aging time is different, so the thermal durability of materials obtained with different parameters is also different. Because the recommended temperature index is meaningful for indicating the heat resistance of insulation materials, it shows the performance under specific test conditions. A material can be marked with more than one temperature index, for example, a temperature index can be given based on the change in its mechanical properties, and another temperature index can be given based on the change in its electrical properties.

AC brake motor The rotor insulation structure is generally a damping winding, unlike the starting winding of a general synchronous motor. The main function of the AC brake motor is when the load is impacted. When the speed changes, an induced current will be generated in the damping winding. Due to the induced current in the damping winding, the winding must be insulated and sparks must be prevented during operation. For this reason, the AC brake motor uses high-temperature mica tape, and the damping rods are serially wound in the iron core. The insulation structure can withstand temperatures of 250~350℃ for a long time, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the variable frequency speed reduction motor.
