The brake motor has a simple layout, is easy to install, is small and lightweight, and can be easily installed even in confined spaces; because the power supply of the brake motor is provided by the motor tap, different voltages can be selected according to different wiring methods, and it has the function of applying multiple voltages; what are the common types of brake motors? 1. Brake motor thermal relay: Small-capacity AC motor, good working condition, no frequent start-up and other harsh working conditions; due to poor accuracy and unreliable performance, it is not recommended.
2. Electronic brake motor: Detects the three-phase current value and sets the current value via a potentiometer or DIP switch. The circuit generally uses an analog type and adopts an inverse time-limit or fixed time-limit operating characteristic. The protection functions include overload, phase failure, and stall. The fault type is indicated by an indicator light, and the operating power is displayed by a digital tube.
3. Intelligent brake motor: Detects the three-phase current value. The protector uses a single-chip microcomputer to achieve intelligent comprehensive protection of the motor, integrating protection, measurement, communication, and display. The set current is set digitally and operated via buttons on the control panel. Users can calibrate and set various parameters on-site according to the specific situation of the motor. 5. Magnetic field temperature detection type: The motor is equipped with a built-in magnetic field detection coil and temperature measuring element, and protection is performed according to the changes in the internal rotating magnetic field and temperature of the motor. The main functions include overload, stall, phase failure, overheat protection, and wear monitoring. The protection function is complete, but the disadvantage is that a magnetic field detection coil and a temperature sensor need to be installed inside the motor.
