Sudden machine malfunctions are unavoidable during the unwinding process of electromagnetic brakes. The following measures can be taken to address this situation:
1. Brake problems can lead to misregistration. If significant misregistration is observed and adjustments are ineffective, the unwinding electromagnetic brake should be re-examined. Method: After stopping the machine, manually rotate the film roll. If the electromagnetic brake is functioning correctly, it will not rotate or will only move slightly. If the magnetic powder in the electromagnetic brake has leaked, it can be rotated with slight force. In this case, the relevant personnel should be asked to replenish the magnetic powder to restore normal operation.
2. Abnormal unwinding traction motor or bearing in the electromagnetic brake; If the traction motor rotates abnormally or the bearing is damaged, the winding will be uneven, unstable, wrinkled, etc. In this case, when observing the printed matter using a support point, the image cannot be fixed and jumps up and down. Repairs should be reported promptly.

3. When users use the electromagnetic brake, this test scheme can be used to test the magnetic powder, which can help users during maintenance. Generally speaking, the smaller the mesh number of the magnetic powder, the wider the standard scale of the magnetic powder clutch, the different descriptions of the equipment's magnetic powder cavity, and the inconsistent sealing function of the goods. These factors together lead to different magnetic powder clutches requiring different magnetic powder mesh numbers.
Electromagnetic Brake Installation Precautions
1. The electromagnetic brake uses DC power as the excitation power source.
2. Horizontal installation of the drive shaft; The installation accuracy of the drive shaft and coupling is H8/F8; Stop using a hammer to strike the components;
3. During transportation, the phenomenon of "sticking" may occur when the magnetic powder frequently accumulates in one place. The entire brake can be turned over to loosen the magnetic powder. To prevent the magnetic powder from settling during transportation, after the test, the electromagnetic brake is poured out and installed separately. During the trial run, the magnetic powder can be gradually injected from the magnetic powder hole.
4. The water-cooled electromagnetic brake should be started after water is passed through, and it should stop working without water. The water inlet and outlet pipes should be dispersed vertically, with the inlet pipe at the bottom and the outlet pipe at the top.
5. Does not support the device mode that receives the main driving force radially.
6. Before putting the electromagnetic brake into use, the rated current should be applied. After working for 10 seconds, cut off the power, then turn on the power, and repeat several times to ensure the fluidity and uniform distribution of the magnetic powder.
7. Do not use it under excessive torque and speed, otherwise the life of the magnetic powder will decrease sharply, or leakage and jamming may occur.
