Precautions when installing dry electromagnetic brakes
1. Please use the dry electromagnetic brake in a state where there is no moisture or oil at all. If moisture, oil, etc. adhere to the friction part, the friction torque will be greatly reduced, and the sensitivity of the brake will also deteriorate, so please install a cover to avoid use.
2. When using in dusty places, please use the protective cover.
3. Please use the specifications of jis0401h6 or js6 for the size of the long axis of the electromagnetic brake. Please use one of the keys specified in jisb1301-1959 for the shaft installation key.
4. Considering thermal expansion, etc., the thrust of the installation shaft should be controlled below 0.2mm.
5. When installing the electromagnetic brake, please adjust the mechanical suction gap within plus or minus 20% of the specified value.
6. Please keep the bracket light and do not use the brake bearing to bear excessive pressure.
7. For assembling screws, please use spring metal sheets, adhesives, etc. to prevent loosening.
8. While maintaining the wires with the frame on the machine side, connect them reliably with a terminal board or the like.
Maintenance and maintenance methods of electromagnetic brake
In order to ensure the intermittent operation of the electromagnetic brake, frequent maintenance and maintenance are required
1. Always add lubricant to the movable part of the electromagnetic brake.
2. Regularly check the length of the armature stroke. This is because the wear of the cross section during the operation of the brake will increase the stroke length of the armature. When the stroke length of the armature does not reach the normal value, it needs to be adjusted to restore the small gap between the braking surface and the turntable; when the stroke length of the armature is greater than the normal value, the attractive force may drop significantly.
3. When replacing the worn braking surface of the electromagnetic brake, please readjust the small gap between the braking surface and the turntable.
4. Carefully check the tightness of the bolts, especially the bolts of the electromagnet, the bolts of the electromagnet and the housing, the bolts of the yoke, the bolts of the electromagnet coil and the connection bolts.
5. Regularly check the mechanical wear of the movable parts of the electromagnetic brake, and remove the dust, flower hair and dirt on the surface of the electromagnet parts.
