1. If there is a problem with the brake, it will cause overprinting deviation. If there are many deviations in overprinting, the registration adjustment is invalid. You can recheck the unwinding electromagnetic brake. The method is: After stopping, hold the film and rotate it. If the electromagnetic brake is no problem, it will not turn or move slightly when turned by hand. If the magnetic powder in the electromagnetic brake has leaked, it can be rotated with light force when rotating by hand. At this time, the relevant personnel should be required to replenish the magnetic powder before it can return to normal.
2. The electromagnetic brake unwinds the traction motor or the bearing is abnormal; if the traction motor rotates abnormally or the bearing is damaged, the winding will be uneven, unstable, wrinkled, etc. At this time, when observing the printed matter with the supporting point, the image cannot be fixed and jumps up and down. Maintenance should be reported in time.
3. When the user uses the electromagnetic brake, the test program can be used to test the magnetic powder, which can help the user get help during maintenance. Generally speaking, the smaller the mesh number of the magnetic powder. The standard size of magnetic powder clutch is relatively wide, the description of the magnetic powder cavity of the equipment is different, and the cargo sealing function is inconsistent. These factors together cause different magnetic particle clutches to require different magnetic particle meshes.
Precautions for installation of electromagnetic brake
1. The electromagnetic brake uses direct current as the excitation power source.
2. The drive shaft level device; the device accuracy of the drive shaft and coupling is H8/F8; stop hitting the components with a hammer;
3. In the process of transportation, magnetic powder may become "sticky" when it is often gathered in a certain place. The entire brake can be turned over to release the magnetic powder. In order to avoid the precipitation of magnetic powder during transportation, after the test, the electromagnetic brake is poured out and installed separately, and the magnetic powder can be gradually injected from the magnetic powder hole during trial operation.
4. The water-cooled electromagnetic brake works after the water is supplied, and stops working without water. The inlet and outlet pipes should be dispersed up and down, with the inlet pipe at the bottom and the outlet pipe at the top.
5. The device mode that receives the main driving force radially is not supported.
6. Before the electromagnetic brake is put into use, the rated current should be applied. After working for 10 seconds, cut off the power, and then power on, repeat several times to ensure the fluidity and uniform distribution of the magnetic powder.
7. Do not use it under excessive torque and speed, otherwise the life of the magnetic powder will drop sharply, or powder leakage and jamming will occur.
