1. Abnormal or faulty braking results may be as follows:
1. Check whether the electromagnetic brake power is normally connected, whether the rectifier wiring is normal, whether there is a short circuit, etc.
2. Whether the relay capacity is appropriate and whether the interface is oxidized and rusted, causing poor contact and heat generation.
3. If the use gap Z of the electromagnetic brake exceeds the regulation, and it is adjusted in time, please refer to the gap adjustment section for the adjustment method.
4. Whether the external voltage of the electromagnetic brake is normal, check the power supply and adjust it to the normal voltage.
5. The stator copper wire in the electromagnetic brake slot plate is in poor contact or broken. If this happens, please contact for replacement.
6. When the braking effect is not good, the torque of the electromagnetic brake may not meet the needs of your machine. Please choose a larger electromagnetic brake specification.

Second, the solution to excessive noise education:
1. Foreign objects may be mixed together, because the electromagnetic brake is a self-contained single-piece brake, mixing oil, water, sand and other foreign objects together, seriously affecting the use of the brake. In complex environments, it is strongly recommended to cooperate with a dust cover.
2. The bearing is installed improperly and the brake is not installed horizontally, resulting in uneven force during rotation. Please remove and reinstall before purchasing. Please select the appropriate installation size before buying. See the splicing/flat key installation size table for details.
3. The electromagnetic brake stator, rotor and friction parts are improperly installed. Professionals try to reinstall them after disassembly. The factory clearance of the brake has been adjusted, so try not to disassemble or install it by yourself.
