3. If the use gap Z of the electromagnetic brake exceeds the specification, adjust it in time. Refer to the gap adjustment section for the adjustment method.

4. Whether the external voltage of the electromagnetic brake is normal, check the power supply, and adjust it to the normal voltage.

5. Poor contact or breakage of the stator copper wire in the electromagnetic brake slot plate. If this happens, please contact for replacement.

6. When the braking effect is not good, the torque of the electromagnetic brake may not meet the needs of your machine. Please choose a larger electromagnetic brake specification.

1. Foreign objects may be mixed together, because the electromagnetic brake is a self-contained single-piece brake, mixing oil, water, sand and other foreign objects will seriously affect the use of the brake. In complex environments, it is strongly recommended to use a dust cover.

2. Improper bearing installation, the brake is not installed horizontally, causing uneven force during rotation. Please remove and reinstall before purchasing. Please choose the appropriate installation size before purchasing. See the splicing/key installation size table for details.
